Return Policy

Returns / Exchanges

Effective March 23, 2023.

Sprezz reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. If the item(s) are not returned in the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your return.  

Please return all items back in the original packaging, including the white Sprezz box and the outer brown box, please do not write or tape on the white Sprezz box.

 

Defective Products

If your product was damaged upon delivery, please upload pictures of the damaged products and the original shipping box within 5 days of delivery. 

 

Returns

Effective March 23, 2023.

We accept returns in the original packaging in unused condition within 14 days upon delivery. 

To start the return process please email hello@sprezznyc.com, a $15 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the return/exchange process to be completed.
