If you can't find the answer to your question below, please feel free to email us at hello@sprezznyc.com. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM Eastern.
Shipping within the Contiguous United States. Free standard shipping on orders over $70.
Processing time is not included in shipping time -- it takes our warehouse up to 48 hours to process orders placed Monday-Friday.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hello@sprezznyc.com.
Important Shipping Details
We do not offer same-day shipping. In-stock items generally ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. When choosing your shipping method, please note that we ship from Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes.
For out-of-stock items, please note the approximate product availability date listed on the page display and use the email notification request to be updated when the item is back in stock. We'll let you know as soon as it has returned!
If your order is urgent and must arrive by a specific date, please contact customer service prior to finalizing your order to confirm the shipping schedule. You can email us at hello@sprezznyc.com
Lost Packages
For issues with delivery or tracking, please first reach out directly to the shipping company. In some cases, carriers might mark a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. They may also need information from you in order to complete the delivery.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, contact us at hello@sprezznyc.com within 1 week of the tracking number’s delivery date. Please include your order number in your email and we’ll help you out!
