Ribbon Dinner Plates
Discover our new Holiday 2023 collection designed by AD100 Designer Adam Charlap Hyman of Charlap Hyman & Herrero, New York and Los Angeles based architecture and design firm.
Sold in three colorways and in dessert and dinner sizes, the plates feature ribbons. The ribbons on the plates are inspired by a series of prints of citrus fruits made in the 17th and early 18th centuries. In the botanical illustrations, the ribbons bear the names of individual varieties of lemons, limes, oranges, bergamots, and grapefruits. We loved the idea of each of the ribbons appearing as if they had been blown across a table and landed perfectly on each plate. The ribbon design was originally painted by the artist Pilar Almon.
